Amano reserves the right to change shipping methods to one faster than specified by the customer. All deliveries are made by the third-party service provider you choose upon checkout (such as USPS, DHL, among others) and therefore once shipped are subject to the terms and conditions of that service provider.
Amano Marketplace cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of items after they leave our facilities, however, in good faith we will work with you to rectify any shipping problem that could arise.
