I’ve been a fan of Pichinku Yarns since the beginning and was so excited when I saw they were doing this workshop. I jumped at the chance to do some natural dyeing myself and was so happy I did! The live experience gave me the chance follow the process at the same time it was being done by Santusa and the other women of Pichinku, and I was also able to ask questions if I needed to. They were happy to help and got excited for us as we went through the process. I also loved being able to get to know all of them more with a tour of where Pichinku Yarn is based and the introduction with a Q&A session. The napkins turned out vibrant and beautiful and we’ve already been using them on our dining table. I absolutely recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to try their hand at natural dyeing and want to send a huge thank you to Amano Marketplace and Pichinku Yarn!
